Tori likes sitting in her Bumbo seat. Her neck gets tired, so she can't stay in it for very long, but she really likes to look around!

2-Month Check-up

Tori had her 2 month check-up today. She weighs 12lbs 7oz (75th percentile--yep, she's our chunky monkey). Her length is 23 1/8 inches (60th percentile). Her head circumference is 15 1/8 inches, which is below average, but he didn't tell us what the actual percentile was. It's amazing how different our 2 girls are. Maddie has never been above average on weight or below average on her head circumference. And yet, despite that, they do look a lot alike.

Tori also got 3 shots and an oral vaccine. She took the oral vaccine better than Maddie did when she was that age. Honestly, Tori handled the whole appointment better than Maddie ever has. She didn't seem to mind being measured or checked out by the doctor until he started testing her reflexes (Maddie always cried from the moment we got her undressed until we had her back in her carseat, ready to leave--she is still that way for the most part). She didn't like the shots, of course, but overall, the appointment was very easy, and the doctor thinks that she is growing wonderfully. She has her next appointment at the end of July.
